Refund policy
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item (s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 05 to 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN
We have a 20 Calendrer days return policy, which means you have 20 Calendrer days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Include a photo of the damage so we can process your return quickly.
Incorrect Items : If you received the wrong product or size/color, let us know as soon as possible. We will provide instructions to return the item.
Items not as Described :If the product you received significantly differs from the description on our website, contact us as soon as possible.
How to Return:
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@troveocart.com (With product picture). You must write your Order no in this email.
We will email you for the Return Address (Within USA) and/or other related recommendation/ guideline.
1) Return is subject to approval.
2) Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted. Means you first need to do return request with Order No. Later, you should send back the items as recommended/ instructed by us.
Return Items Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.
NO EXCHANGE ALLOWED / PLEASE GO FOR NEW ORDER
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, You will get the refund.
Later, make a separate purchase for the new item.
